DMCA / Takedown Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

onlypens.vip respects the intellectual property of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page explains how to submit a takedown request and how we handle it.

Designated agent

Notifications of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

The operator intends to register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office so that the Service may rely on the safe-harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512. Until that registration is confirmed, the email above is the point of contact for notices.

What a valid notice must include

To be effective, your notice should include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the page URL or pexels_id) for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

How we respond

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material in appropriate cases and make a reasonable effort to note the action. We may also keep a record of notices for audit and repeat-infringer purposes.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
