Welcome to onlypens.vip (the "Service"), a non-commercial, fan-made visual archive for people who are obsessed with writing instruments. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

onlypens.vip presents high-resolution photographs of pens, pencils, ink, and related stationery. Photographs are sourced from third-party providers, primarily Pexels, and remain the property of their respective photographers and licensors. The Service is a non-commercial archive and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pexels or any other photo provider.

2. Anonymous accounts

You may create an account using only a nickname and a passphrase. We do not request an email address, phone number, or real name. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase and any recovery code confidential. If you lose both your passphrase and your recovery code, your account cannot be recovered.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content; to impersonate any photographer, Pexels, or any other person or entity; to scrape, resell, or redistribute the photographs; or to disrupt or attack the Service. 4. User content and moderation

Features that allow user-submitted content may be added over time. Where such features exist, you retain ownership of what you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and we operate a report queue for that purpose.

5. Intellectual property and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the process described on our DMCA / Takedown page. We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material in appropriate cases.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
